Chandigarh, October 13 Panjab University’s visually impaired and physically disabled students will soon be able to get their examination and fee submission forms filled without visiting the varsity counters. It will launch the special helpline number next week. Once operational, the students can call the helpline and the operator will fill the examination form of their behalf.
