hello, don't know about portable usb scanner-cum-printer but regarding raised diagrams have something to comment. If you have any laser printer, you can print any diagram with it and then use sparsh tactile maker to give you the raised output of that diagram. I myself have felt the diagram and mapproduced by this machine and could easily learn the hindi alphabets. It Takes swell paper/flexi paper and creates a tactile image With this machine we can easily make tactile drawings, charts, maps etc. The machine uses a special chemically treated paper and when the paper is passed through the machine any black portion gets raised. Only limitation I observed is that it does not work if your diagram is in color it need to be in black only.
