Hi Ekinath,
My First question is, are you trying to use MS Outlook on Microsoft
2007 Version if yes I don’t find any issue because I myself use
Outlook2007 and don’t find any accessibility problem except one
problem that I faced and discussed with you on the Phone which was
resolve once I reinstalled the Microsoft.

To convert PPT in to Microsoft Word format you can go to Office TAB
and choose Save as option and choose format as a RTF, otherwise what I
do is I save document in to PDF version and do the copy Paste while
pasting I choose Paste Special, as far as my observation goes when you
save the PPT in to PDF format all your pictures remains where as when
you choose to save as RTF Format all your Pictures will be removed
only text part will remain in the document.
Hope this helps and let me know if you require anything else.

Warm Regards,
Tilak.
