generally, these kinds of services like your data usage summary, profile information, account information, payment history etc are available in my account section of your login received from your internet service provider. i use photon plus of tatadocomo and i do this task by visiting my account section.
in my case too, after 30gb data have been consumed in a particular month, my speed reduces from 3mbps to 156kbps and same can be increased by reloading speed boosters which are available at additional cost. so do check this out with your service provider. hope that helps.
