Most of the time, the so-called disabled coaches are not used by the
disabled because they are completely occupied by the non-disabled. who
are those 2 passengers travelled along with those women? are they
disabled? this is somewhat similar to the Dadri linching incident
where the Police sent the Meet samples of Muhammad Aklaq to test
whether was that a Beef or not instead of acting against the killing.
before filing a case, the police should have inquired why these 2
decent passengers and those 2 women travelled in the coach meant for
the disabled. if the disabled men aboard women coaches, will they
allow? what a maldistribution of safety?
cheers.
