It is not enough to not support the eforts, which are being made
without a democratic process of dialogue, but we also need to actively
oppose the attempts to pass the bill in the parliament before it has
been circulated in the public domain with adequit time for feedback.
At the same time, we should fight for doing all of this within a
time-bound manner so that the new bill is not unduly delayed.
