Hi Ekinath, I used the media creation tool to download the installation media and then upgraded without sighted assistance because windows update failed to upgrade my computer. Narrator does indeed help. The hotkey is windows + u and then if you get no speech, alt+n. You will be able to do most of the process with your existing screen reader but once the reboots start you will have to switch to Narrator. I suggest you use NvDA during the upgrade. I say this because you will have to reinstall jaws after the upgrade in any case.
