Hi, I have put in a new subject here specific to South Central Railways so it doesn't get mixed up with the others.
Reading the other mails what I understand is that I will need to have a new concession certificate issued since mine is now defunct. Then this certificate will need to be taken to the Rail Nilayam in Secunderabad to have them mark it invalid in return for a photo id card. Please correct me if I am wrong. And, request anyone in this region who has successfully completed this procedure to help with more info if any. Thanks in advance.
