Hi, the captcha used on e filing website is indeed very nice and clear that has been developed by their own developers from scratch, thus it is kind of unique., and it could be considered to standardize and used by other sites upon the concent of its developers that I think is not an easy task. Using logical reasoning question as captcha could also be a possibility, but there have been cases where bots were able to pass it. Now, an another alternative is Google Re-captcha which is a free and accessible captcha service by Google that is based on intellegent advanced risk analysis algorithem which is easy to embed and being used widely over the internet.
