hi, you have to submit a Xerox copy of railway concession form, blindness certificate, aadhar card and your age proof with two photographs. if you are from secunderabad then you have to submit all these documents in sanchalan bhavan opposite rail nilayam or if you are from Hyderabad then at Hyderabad bhavan which is beside the sanchalan bhavan building only. then they will issue a photo identity card in your favour within a month or two. if you would like to know more about the photo identity, please contact me on my mobile 9440480409 I am also working in railway as a stenographer. thanks and regards syed
