oh its bad, we have to write to the respective authority.
in BOB, if we forget our password or account is locked then, it will
send OTP and unlock it after confirming our transaction password.
if we forget our user ID itself then, it will ask for your email id
and send user id to that email id.
if we forget transaction password then, it will ask our debit card
details, OTP  and allow us to set a new transaction password.
