Hi all, Two things about this kind of technology. 1. The navigation portion of the Ted talk relied on the use of beacons which equates to setting up infrastructure so will take a lot of work to become viable in India. 2. The computer vision application is certainly interesting. However, how much of it runs locally? What kind of internet connection does it need to run if it is on the cloud and how does Dr. Asakawa know where to point the camera? If anyone wants to experiment with computer vision, try the Google goggles application. 3. If you are a programmer, then look at the opencv library for all things related to computer vision. Pranav
