hello, there are many such hotels offering pick up and drop from airport part of their services. when i last visited this conference, i stayed at the hotel called dada cottage near pahadgunj and during this conference, they had also provided pick up and drop facility to the conference hall by charging some nominal fair via it's own vehicle. they do also have the good dining facility. thanks,
