Hi, I have used HDFC net banking for many years now. However, in recent and some prior versions I am facing an issue.
Ironically, everything works perfectly when I use a much older version of JAWS, i.e. JAWS 10. However, when I use JAWS 15 or JAWS 17 it does not reads out some content. For example, there is a ‘Funds Transfer’ link next to ‘Accounts’, which is read by JAWS 10 but not 17, similarly many graphic link buttons, e.g. continue, etc. are not being read out, as if they are not present at all, but they are of course there. Also, pressing enter key on links does not opens the link. I have to press shift+enter to open the page that the link points to. Has anyone used HDFC net banking with JAWS 15 or 17 and observed these issues? If yes, were any solution found? Thanks.
