best of all idia. open pdf in word 2013 or 2016 i dont know if 2010 or older can open pdf file. then word will tell you it will convert it to editable text. just press ok and wait for some time depending on how big the pdf and how fast your computer is. and then you will get a document which you can edit. just save this document as a .docx file. thats it. although you cannot convert hand written text to pdf
