hi Sonu, good evening I hope you are using windows 7 32 bit on your computer if tis is the case, I strongly suggest you to reinstall the operating system again you might get solutions for this problems from google, but, after solving this issue, you might face some other issues like failing to restart your computer and etc I do faced same issues previously, but after reinstalling the operating system everything was fine
