Dear all members The concession given by the DRM Office Railway Mumbai Division does not shows the seat availability under the handicapped quota in spite of seats available. I think it’s no of use as the main purpose is not survived. For the information of all I am reserving seats before 3.5 months as per the rule of railway & thus I am circulating the above said information to you all.
