I suggest you first of all please read your I-card carefully such as name because they short the name. then yourb i-card no. then dob and valid upto. and I was also faceing same problem when filling the details of escort. in internet explorer. when I tried to book by mosilla I have successfully book the e-ticket. with escort. so try to mosilla once.
