Profession Tax is a state subject & each state has their own Profession Tax
Act. Kindly check the Profession Tax Act of your state to verify if the Act
provides any exemption for blind individuals from payment of Profession Tax.
In Maharashtra, Section 27A of the Maharashtra State Profession Tax Act
grants an exemption to blind individuals from payment of Profession Tax.
