For those who use white cane and for those who don't use it (I say this
because I know at least half-a-dozen blind persons who don't use white
cane for various reasons), my white cane day wishes.

We should demand for a white cane law in India. We asked for its
inclusion
in the PWD Act on behalf of Blind Persons' Association when we sent our
suggestions for revision of the PWD Act of 1995.
