These days all websites are becoming too complicated as far as the screen reader is concerned. The best way to get on to the relevant text is to discover your own trick for each website. There's another problem, once you have discovered your own best trick to manage a site, it'll be redesigned, only to find another way. On the NDTV website, once the article has been opened, just press number 1 on the number row to get on to the heading of that news piece and keep pressing the down arrow unless you find the beginning of the article. Some of the websites have started putting some adds in the middle of the article also, which is more irritating. ----- Original Message ----- From: George Abraham To: 'AccessIndia: a list for discussing accessibility and issues concerning the disabled.' Folks, I have downloaded the RSS feeds of NDTV website. I read the news headline but when I click on articles I want to read, I have to keep on tabbing eternally but still not able to find the detailed news. Is this the general experience of persons on the group? The Hindu website is slightly better.
