Enable India is conducting an excel and PowerPoint workshop for
visually impaired working professionals on Sundays and first Saturday
and forth Saturday. This aims at upskilling working professionals on
excel, PowerPoint and screen reading skills. Please find the course
details below:

Eligibility:
1. A candidate should pass evaluation test which will include
practical knowledge on basic computers, basic excel.
2. A candidate should be working/about to join work
3. A candidate should be able to attend workshop on Sundays and
on 1st and 4th Saturday.
Candidates who can fulfill above requirements, can apply for this course.
Note: Out stationed candidates can also apply for this course.
Training will be conducted online.
Assistance for accommodation can be provided but not financial support.
High level course contents
I. Main Topics:
1. Excel: Understanding and reading dump, efficient navigation in
dump, extracting required information from dump using different
methods like filtering, formulas, vlookup and pivot. Generating
reports according to requirements, generating report by highlighting
cells according to requirement using conditional formatting and usage
of macros to become efficient in excel.
2. PowerPoint: Introduction to the PowerPoint, it’s layout,
Navigation, Creating slides, Editing, inserting audio and videos.
II. Other optional focusses:
1. Screen reader Optimization: Advanced features of JAWS and NVDA,
Screen reader help, Convenient OCR, Command search, JAWS Manager, and
other JAWS /NVDA features .
Note: We need 10 candidates to start the course.
