Well, there has been some discussion of links for downloading NCERT textbooks not working properly. Yes, the issue is genuine. They've changed their website only to make things worse. However, here is the link to a page where they've tried to gather textbooks from several publishers, including the NCERT. www.notemonk.com/ For example, you can access NCERT books from the following link. http://www.notemonk.com/ncert/ And, the CBSE textbooks are available at http://www.notemonk.com/cbse_books/ I've just downloaded Marigold, the NCERT English textbook for class 1. It's a 26 MB .zip file.
