Hi, you can do the following: open fine reader press control+o select all pdf files one by one you want to convert to other format press control+shift+r for recognising all documents (if auto recognise feature is by default enabled in setting, you need not to perform this command, documents would start recognising automatically).
Now press, alt+f+e, you would find option for different formats viz., word, excel, pdf etc. select the desire one and files will be converted to that format. That's it, save new file to desired location...
