There is no possibility for taking this matter up with PNB. We at UBI Ahmedabad also recruited peons for which education qualification was 10th pass. 12th pass and graduates were not allowed to appear in interview. 18 candidates were selected for the job. Two candidates from these 18 were denied a job as they were 12th pass. This was found during document verification process while completing joining formalities. However, document varification was also done at the time of interview, but that time these 2 candidates did not show the certificates beyond 10th and claimed to be 10 th pass only.
