Sir, You can send a request to [email protected] with your details like registration number, your exam center etc. they will ask you to send hardcopy of your physically handicapped certificate, registration letter of ICSI and any permission for graduation or 10th or other professional qualification for allotment of scribe. the formalities may differ and the scribe will be provided by the center or sometimes, they do allow our own scribe with the requisite qualification.
