Hi Payal Ma'am,
One of the aspects of my new Del laptop that I particularly like is
its long lasting battery backup, enough to get me through the day -
school, tuitions, extra classes etc. I would estimate it to be 8-10
hours of battery life for one full charge.
I may agree that the phone customer care of Del is terrible. I have
not had experience with other means of receiving technical support
from them.
