Dear All,

Some of the Central Government entities conducting competitive exams
are insisting on additional medical certificate over and above the
disability certificate to certify that the person is unable to write
owing to disability. The certificate should be dated prior to the
written exam.

The J.J. hospital doctors have clearly mentioned that we have provided
the certificate in the specified format under PWD Rules which has no
such language. The format under the PWD rules was amended in 2009.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Regards,
--
