Agree Rajesh. However, better late than never.
One more good thing, this government is responding to judicial decissions and doing the needful unlike in the past where courts gave decissions but governments kept on contesting and worse not implimenting them all together for years such as provision of online ticket booking for blind with conssession. It took many years to start even the basic procedure when Courts ordered its implimentation within 6 months I think.
