Hi Viji, I refer to your 3rd query. The effective way to turn a PDF into readable text could be to open the PDF file in Fine Reader, analyse page layout, recognise all pages, send it to word & done. Path: 'Open image... (file menu), wait a minute or two, go to 'analyse lay out on all pages in 'Process menu, 'read all pages again in 'Process, send all pages-word.
