Hello, please do find all your answers of your queries below. Hello Friends, I have a few questions about using Adobe reader.
1. I downloaded an e-book, which was in PDF format & that was a 200 pages book. When I downloaded & opened it, it said "alert: the document is in process " and later it said that "This is an untagged document" later I was able to read only 1 page of that book and for the rest it said, "The document is unavailable" Now please tell me what is an untagged document. ans: Generally when you come across an untagged document, it simply means that the adobe has to prepare the document in a readable form, for this the adobe application basically converts the entire document in a readable form. Generally by default, if the document is of or less than fifty pages, then it converts the entire document at a time, but if the document is more than fifty pages, then it converts on one page and you can convert all pages as soon as you move to next page by pressing control page down. however, it always presents this kind of option before you immediately when you choose to open the document if you have not ticked the box which says something "always use the settings from the reading preferences menu and do not show this dialogue again". Even if this box is ticked by any chance, you can always change that in the above mentioned menu. 2. While reading e-books in PDF format, I'm finding very difficult to navigate & after a few seconds of reading, jaws stoppes speaking and a dialog appears and says "Adobe reader has encountered a problem and needs to close" Please tell me why this can happen. Ans: Please make sure that before using adobe, you run the accessibility wizard from the help menu. 3. Please tell me an effective way to convert PDF files to doc files for easy reading. Ans: in my view PDF transformer or fine reader is the best utilities that I have ever come across to convert the PDF files, when they be in image form, or text. Thanks.
