good morning friends. one of my friend approach one SBI branch to open a new account some months ago. they opened the account and charged 200 for greencard and 200 for ATM. till now the green card is not activated. and he is not able to use this ATM to deposit money through cash deposit machine. only used for money withdrawal. the bank clerk said we update you are visually impaired in your account so you can't use CDM. and you can't use green card also. to deposit money use chalan like that. is there any provision like blind can't use CDM and green card like that? if not how to get this? kindly guide me. sorry for my long story.
