Hi Avinash, welcome back to the list... Why can't we unitedly appeal the ministry of education to make accessibility as one of the paper in every domain of engineering. This will make the accessible India campaign a reality. This will also ease the process of awareness. As young students would come out of university's, they would be more sensatized towards the need of people with disabilities. I think this can also be one of the area where your contribution as a research student would help.
