Hello Digital Signature certificate of DSC is a device that is required by an individual for use in various online activities: for instance, in the process of e tendering, the person who wish to submit his / her bid needs to have a digital signature certificate.
And, for owning a DSC: anyone can own a digital signature certificate. There are various organisations which ar providing DSCs to individuals and government officials.
