Hi Nagababu Sir, You could use a translation program or service such as Google Translate, located online at translate.google.com/ to get the translation of the English text in the Telugu language, or whatever preferred language, for that matter, and then overwrite the English text in the given document with the translated Telugu, presuming that editing is enabled for the document.
