Hi, Please follow the steps as outlined below: 1. Lunch Firefox. 2. Access the application menu bar by pressing Alt key. 3. Find the 'Webvisum' sub menu under the 'tools' menu, and press the up/down arrow or enter key to expand its options. 4. Then select 'preferences' from the available choices and press enter to trigger the Webvisum preference dialog box. Note: the shortcut key to bring up the Webvisum preferences dialog box is Control + f2. However, my intent of providing the step by step explanation to activate this dialog box was to make you familiar with the manual procedure so that you can access the same if you have a key conflict. 5. Once the dialog box appears, use the arrow keys to choose 'general' from the list box (this is the first item in the list box). 6. Press the tab key to navigate to the "Automatic login on start up" check box, and use space bar to uncheck the same. 7. Click on 'OK' button to save the changes and dismiss the dialog box. Hope that helps
