I have faced the same problems. Some web pages do not function properly in
old browsers, particulary IE8 etc. Try latest version of firefox or google
chrome. It seems, web pages or web applications are changing too fast for
screen-readers to keep up with.

Thanks for your responses. But unfortunately my friend's problem
continues. He hasn't yet used Mozilla in place of IE, but rest of the
suggestions have not worked. Redoing settings and shift+ enter are not
working. Any more suggestions please?

Have a strange problem. A friend works in an office. Problem is that
when he clicks with a mouse, the links open instantly, but when he
uses enter key or right click and open links option, links don't open.
Things to notice here is that these links are recognized by Jaws.
Kindly give your valuable suggestions to solve this problem.
