Hi A small suggestion, as his mind is very active, I suppose, he would want to communicate by writing. His problem would be of writing in a straight line. For that, you can roll a sheet of paper, flatten it and give him the strip of line to write. I am sure he will figure it how to use it once he is introduced to it.
Again chess board, rubec's cube can be some form of recreation. There are some other tactile games.taking him outdoor even on a wheel chair would probably also make him feel good. Subject: [AI] A slightly difficult question Dear All, Someone was asking me for suggestions for a very elderly man(90 years old) who has lost his sight and hearing as well. He was someone who liked to have contact with people and to always keep busy doing something. Inspite of his age, his mind is still active but he is now restricted to his bed as his caretakers don't want him to move around since they are afraid that he will hurt himself. One of his friends however who feels very concerned about him going through this, was asking me if there was anything that the elderly man could do that he could occupy his mind and time with. Would anyone have any suggestions on this age related disability concern?
