ISLRTC developing an ISL Dictionary to be released in both print and video
form

The Indian Sign Language Research and Training Center is developing an ISL
dictionary to be released in both print form and video form. The Center has
collected *5560* words (in English) under the following heads:

*1. Everyday words (1861 words)*
*2. Legal terms (971 words)*
*3. Academic terms (629 words)*
*4. Medical terms (1018 words)*
*5. Technical terms (1081 words)*

The words are listed in attachment below. ISLRTC invites feedback and
suggestions on the word lists. *Please email your comments to
islrtcnewde...@gmail.com <islrtcnewde...@gmail.com> by 30th November, 2016*.
After the Word lists are final, ISLRTC will start video recording of the
signs.
