ok. your first question was answered properly by Jeegar Pithava. now for the second question. go to start then all programs menu then internet explorer submenu and open it. find internet explore in that submenu. press the applications key select open file location and a folder will open and your focus will be on internet explore shortcut. just copy paste this to desktop. or if you have internet explorer shortcut on start menue you can press applications key select open file location and after the folder opens copy paste the shortcut on desktop. hope this answers your questions.
