hello and greetings, I was listening to live telecast to The are PD bill in Rajya Saba,Mr. Sitaram Uachuri of CPM said that it would have been better if a new bill would have been brought by the government rather then amending it so much, there were concerns and questions raised on definitions of disability covered under mental disability, can anyone on this list please in lighten me whether this bill on 1995 Bill have more teeth in providing protection to the rights of disabled?
