If you have fs omnipage instaled, you may follow these steps:
Open the pdf document and wait until jaws says empty document.
Now press insert+spacebar followed by o and then d.
wait until jaws starts reading the resulting virtual window.
Once the virtual windows comes on screen, you can read the text by normal
navigation, and copy it for use in other word processors.
