Qualification & Experience · Master’s degree in Social Science
especially with a specialization in
Disability Studies/ Sociology /Developmental Practice /Psychology
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
· Independent Research Experience
· Desirable Experience: working in the Disability Studies or
developmental activities of any kind
Work Description: Prospective Research Assistant/ Field Investigators
are required to contribute to
the corpus of Disability Studies Reader and related activities of the
project. This will include
assistance in administrative work, conduct field visits, data
collection and analysis based on
appropriate methodology and report writing.
About Us: AUD is a public university of the Government of the NCT
Delhi established in 2008.
Disability Studies is a part of School of Human Studies
Project details: The project findings and report will be used to
support the designing of Master’s
programme in Disability Studies in School of Human Studies. The School
of Human Studies offers
four programmes: MA in Psychology and MA in Gender Studies, Mphil
Psychotherapy & Clinical
Thinking, Mphil/Phd in Gender Studies, Mphil Development Practice and
Phd Psychology drawing
strongly not only from intellectual sources but also engaging with the
real life ‘situatedness’ of a
variety of subjectivities around us
Remuneration: Rs.18,000 /month.
