The new RPWD Act 2016 has only been notified in the gazette. The notification to enforce this law is yet to come with which the old law would stand repealed. The government would not like to rush with the enforcement unless it ties the loose ends such as rule making process gets completed on immediate subjects such as identification of jobs, criteria of disability certification of new disability categories etc.
