hi, actually, when you are using the jaws or any other screen readers, the alt ctrl arrow keys may not work for you. hence, what I would like to suggest is, for example, if you are using jaws, 1st press insert and 3 which will be on number row. then use alt ctrl right, left, up and down arrow keys to rotate the screen. note: when you are trying to rotate the screen, Please make sure that, you have sighted friend with you.
