Dear friends,

I have a querry on accessible pdf files please.

Excuse me for my ignorance on this subject.

Usually to keep things simple, I prefer opening pdf files in Kurzweil 1000
with save images enabled, so that I can see the image too by enlarging it,
if in case there are some diagrams etc.

But there is a particular pdf file which is not opening in Kurzweil.

Even when I try opening it in Acrobat Reader with Jaws, Acrobat reader
closes down after it and jaws processes the file.

It seems to be a secured, encrypted protected and inaccessible pdf file.

Actually I want to undergo a training on a psychometric assessment tool
called DISC Certification.

And all their pdf files are in this inaccessible format.

But the training institute is ready to help to make changes for me and I
don't know what exactly to tell them to make their pdf files accessible.

Can anyone please guide me.

I can even email this pdf file to anyone to test it out and guide me
please.

As mentioned, I am very comfortable using pdf files with Kurzweil 1000.
So please guide me what changes ought to be made to the pdf file so that it
is very accessible and opens smoothly in Kurzweil.

Would anyone like to test out this pdf file? If so let me know your email ID
and I'll send it to you please.

A prompt reply would be highly appreciable since there are some webinars
coming up that I have to attend on this pdf file,

Thanks a lot in advance,

Sincerely, Rishi
