Subject: [AI] Strange problem in solving captcha in Vijaya Bank Net Banking

Hello Friends,

It has been a pleasure to be a part of Access India family once again
after a long gap, hoping that all members are well and enjoying life.

I have been facing some issues in using Vijaya Bank Net Banking. I
have recently opened a joint account in Vijaya Bank with my wife who
is already a bank staff in the same bank. We both received internet
banking along with cheque book, debit and credit cards also.

Since we are trying to login internet banking with our login
crudentials, we have found a very difficult captcha which we could not
solved using mozila firefox and web visum on the official website.
When we are trying to copy and paste the captcha image in the box
provided in the web browser, it did not recognise the proper captcha
text and appeared as Aa that is capital A and followed by small a
only.

One of my friend Mr. Rohiet Patil from Pune (Maharashtra) was trying
to solve the same captcha and has also found the same captcha text
appeared in the box.

Due to these technical difficulties, we both are not able to login
Vijaya Bank Internet Banking services. May I please request any of you
who is using V-Net Banking to help us in this regard?

If this a major accessibility issue, please guide us how to convey
this issue with bank officials as the concept of accessibility is very
difficult to understand by the normal cyted persons.

Hoping with the earliest response for the needful. Thanks to all of
you once again.
