If you prefer smaller screen size and want to remain with in 40k spent, you should go for iPhone SE only, because after expending 14,000 more on iPhone 6S what will you be getting? firstly bigger screen size, secondly 3D touch which is not there in iPhone SE and thirdly 5mp front camera in comparison to 1.2 of SE. So choice is yours. But performance vise SE is a very good phone, I am also using this phone since last 9 months. I purchased it when it was available for 49,000 rupees at apple store.
