Dear friend, windows 10 mail app is quite accessible if you are using windows 10 version 2016.07 build OS 1493.693 with Jaws 17 or Jaws 18. If you want to check your version of your windows 10, press windows+R type "winver" without quote and unquote press enter it will let you know your correct version of your windows.
