Dear Shashwat, The survey form is not completely accessible and after inputting all the answer, there is a button which Jaws/NVDA doesn’t read and below that is some progress bar. I tried clicking on that button and the next page doesn’t tell me at all if my form has been accepted or not so not sure if my responses have been recorded.
